Help Us Support Families When They Need It Most
At William’s Embrace, our work is made possible by the kindness, compassion, and dedication of people who want to make a difference.
Volunteering with us means becoming part of a community that believes every baby’s life deserves to be remembered, and every family deserves support during the most difficult moments of their lives.
Whether you have a little time to give or want to become more involved, your support can help us reach more families and continue providing our services free of charge.

Support us during charity events by helping with setup, welcoming guests, or assisting behind the scenes.
Admin Support

If you have any skills you think you can contribute, we would love to hear from you - please get in touch!
Why Volunteer?
Every part of William’s Embrace is driven by compassion. Our volunteers help us extend our care beyond what would otherwise be possible. By giving your time, you help us:
Support Families
Assist bereaved families with dignity and respect
Raise Awareness
Increase awareness of baby loss and remembrance
Fundraise
Raise funds to ensure that our services remain free.
Build Community
Grow a compassionate community around families experiencing loss
Even small contributions of time can have a lasting impact. Get in touch today to volunteer with us.
Who Can Volunteer?
We welcome volunteers from all walks of life who share our values of compassion, dignity, and care.
You don’t need any special experience- just a willingness to help and a respectful understanding of the sensitive nature of the work we do.
All volunteers will receive guidance and support to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their role.
A Gentle Note
Our work supports families during deeply emotional moments. Because of this, some volunteering roles may not involve direct contact with bereaved families, but instead focus on supporting the charity in other important ways.
Every role matters, and every volunteer helps make our work possible.
Together, we can ensure that families facing unimaginable loss are met with compassion, care and remembrance.
